Exsisting Clients: We can however hold dates if you are actively working on your reservations with us (no lapse in communication)
New Clients: If you are planning to see our facility before you decide to finalize your plans we can not guarantee the dates that were available will stay available.
We are sorry for having to implement these new procedures but due to appt and reservation "No Shows" certain people have ruined others vacation plans
Deposits & Cancellation Policy:
Because space is limited and the house is frequently booked , we require a deposit of $50 per reservation. Holiday reservations require a $10 per day, per dog (min $50) deposit. Cancellations not made at least 7 days in advance of arrival will result in forfeiting your deposit. If you cancel more than 7 days prior to arrival and your reservation can be filled by another, your deposit will be refunded.
We unfortunately can no longer hold dates unless reservations are finalized by receipt of your deposit
