DOGS:

We need proof of current   Rabies Vaccine, DHPP (Distemper and Parvo), Bordettella (also called Kennel Cough) and a Negative Fecal test or Drontal dewormer.Leptospirosis and the

NEW! Canine Influenza Vaccines are not currently required to board with us, but will be for all reservations as of June 1st 2010.The mortality rate of this new virus is already at 10%. NYS is listed as one of the top 5 pandemic states in the US. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but We pride ourselves on offering the safest possible place for your pets.

CATS:

We need proof of current Rabies vaccine, FVRCP (Distemper) and a Negative Fecal test or Drontal dewormer.

There is a minimum 10-14 day waiting period

from when your pet received (final booster) vaccinations

until they can stay with us.

If your pet does not have a current Negative fecal or dewormer

Epic Blue Acres Boarding will have a fecal test done

during your pets stay for $35.00

Forms:

Before any pet stays with us there are a few forms that need to be filled out. If your pet has never vacationed with us; the first form you need to fill out is our New Client form, this gives us basic info about you and your pet(s). The second thing that needs to be filled out is our Authorization & Release form , this form has all of our policies. Now last but most important is we must get a Routine form from you, this tells us any info we may need to help simulate your pets normal day.Don't worry it sound like a lot of "red tape" but it is to help us take care of your pet to the best of our ability and they only need to be filled out once- unless you need to make any changes in the future.
